Members and coach's are great. All ages and levels working hard and encouraging each other through the workouts. I recommend Vae Victis to anyone that will listen and will continue to do so.
There are a handful of different coaches who are welcoming, fun and educated.. The WODS are creative and challenging.

This place is fantastic. The coaches are kind, helpful, and are incredibly knowledgable. Not only is adequate time taken to properly stretch and warm up prior to workouts, the workouts themselves are demonstrated allowing us to get acclimated with technique and form. I was recently scoping out new boxes in the area, as I was looking for a change, and wanted to find a place that provided Everything I was looking for under one roof. As soon as I walked into Vae Victis for my free trial, I knew I found what I was looking for.
When first walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean/organized it was. The music was On, and everyone, of all different skill levels were working hard and encouraging one another. I knew Instantly that I wanted to join the team.
