Good luck Susan. I've been scammed by them also. I'm sure Sam started a new company under a different name by now. Unfortunately there is no known address or telephone to link him to. I would not trust anything that anyone from Majestic or Infinity Windows tells you - your practical experience will prove them wrong. I would definitely rate them as ZERO stars.
I am trying to sue, however the addresses I have were not valid, and the papers were not able to be delivered. does anyone have valid address and/or phone numbers?

Horrible - the worst one EVER! If you want your project get ever completed, find a different contractor.
Bad guys. Do hot do the business with them.
Bugging for the money and do not do ANY work. Just disappear.
Now they are not answering calls, web site is down.
In any case do not give them cash or checks.
