I got a notice that delivery of an item was attempted but that no one was home to receive it. The problem is that I was home and no one ever knocked on the door- I have two dogs so I would know for sure if someone had. No notice was left on the door. Good luck trying to contact anyone and the website is useless. No wonder the USPS gets closer to going down the drain every day.
I've always had good experiences w/ the W. Berlin Post Office. Destiny in particular is great; she's kind& professional, hard-working & earnest.
Have always gotten wonderful service here. They are ALWAYS friendly n helpful. They are also very quick n efficient. Thanks u guys ROCK!!!!
