Makes great Mineral tanks, customer service not so memorable. I dont know what it is when it comes to home owners calling in for parts, but Resintech is less appreciative towards the DIY guy, or someone that wishes to purchase directly from the company. INCLUDING answering questions over the phone. The purpose of a company should be to EDUCATE customers, NOT steer them away to "Fly by night" water companies that try to up-sell you on products you don't need. I made a call to this place awhile back, and several times at that, in order to have some questions answered for their products. The rep put me on hold for a long time, and then someone finally answered my Question. The person was very terse with me, and acted as though they were very bothered by my question. They kept demanding answers in a very long form, when there are simpler solutions that could have been solved. Please Fix your customer service, then we'll talk!
