The printing sides lacks professional expertise. I dropped in on Sunday and waited almost 20 mins just for copies of docs. Apart from one member of staff the other three were just hopeless. Did not even know how to use their own system. Two copiers out of paper and they did not even know which paper to feed. The lady who took care of my photocopies would not do it on their machine and took me to self service machine . After swiping my card at two machines which I did not like none of them worked. We ended up back to square one and someone had to use their copiers behind the desk to complete my order. Stephanie was the only one who seemed competent. The rest were not worth wasting time . Another customer also gave up after
machines and employees (especially in copy center) are ridiculous and unreliable. fax machine has been down for MONTHS and the self-service machines only work about 1/3 of the time. Certain customers are "sweethearted" or have their entire order comped and others are told to "figure it out themselves." Also, using the self service machines requires a charge to your credit card of 5 dollars unless you insert cash into their (usually malfunctioning) cash to card conversion machine. Seriously, go anywhere else.
I needed 3000 copies. Gabby ran them off for me on top of all her other duties. She did really good. Such a pleasant person too. Very very good.

I went here to make copies for my lost dog, and the copier guy Alex stated he can give his mom a copy because she's animal advocate. That was so sweet and compassionate he mad me smile for first time my dog began missing. THANK YOU ALEX
