Slow, had a 1pm appointment, it's now 2:45 and they're just taking my car back now. Sitting waiting over 2 hours for an oil change, what's the point of an appointment? Oil changes take 15 to 45 minutes, not 2 hours. Very poor customer service. Waiting with 2 small children.
Great shop. Manager is very helpful and super nice. They did a great job on my car and will return for further service
