I rented a box truck for moving. Their rates were less than anywhere else and the woman at the front desk (Leslie) was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions. She even emailed me a copy of the close out receipt when it was returned. The Mitsubishi Fuso truck I rented was a diesel with great power and tons of space. The truck was WAY more maneuverable than I thought it would be which was great when backing it up to a loading dock. It was also more efficient than I expected. The truck was clean on the outside but could use a vacuum inside and in the back but I mean it's a truck - it shouldn't be a big concern. AC worked well during the long hot day. They also took a short video of the truck inside and out before I left to make sure I wasn't liable for any marks/scratches on it already - really great idea. I do wish they would support dropping off the truck at another one of their locations. If I ever need a truck I will definitely rent from this location again.
The young gentleman that just help me was fanominal. Very professional and he didn't make me wait a longtime. In and out in 20 minutes. Great company 5
