These guys really go out of there way to help those in need. They listen and truelly care about that customers. They have a great selection of products and listen to what the customers want and need. The store is growing every time I go in there. It's nice to know that I can go in there and get the help I need, and then some. Keep up the great work and thanks for being who you are.
Been to this shop maybe ten times since it’s local, pretty good shop. One thing I don’t understand is why the owner cards me every time. He rung me up three separate times, each time asking for ID. Last time I checked I was 20 years old each time. Clearly he doesn’t value his customers if he can’t remember a face so If that is the case I would rather drive an extra ten minutes to Blue dream vapor in Voorhees given that their prices are better and retail experience is much more warm and welcoming.
This store is great. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to explain my options to me and explain how my new device works. They also provided their personal experiences and gave me tips on how to quit smoking regular cigarettes. I am happy to say I am now 12 days smoke free. I would recommend Pure Puff Vapor Supply to everyone.
Once sat there for about 15 minutes waiting to be helped while they helped every customer that walked through the door. Not sure if they didn't see me or for some reason don't like me. I'm sure they are nice guys but the one guy seriously needs to get better knowledge of his products. Either that or they purposefully try to rip me off. I would like to think its more likely he just wasn't that knowledgeable.
