Great place to take your kid who loves playing in the dirt, big construction machines and getting a chance to operate a digger. The admission price is reasonable for the family. If your visiting on your birthday month there is a little discount. The lines were pretty fast and the rides were perfect for the little kids. They do have an adult section where the parents can ride actual construction machines. I believe you might need to make reservations for the adult section (digger X). My only problem was that there is barley any shade or places to stay cool on really hot days. I would recommend sunscreen and maybe an umbrella for the really hot days. Other than that. It’s a great place for the family. We drove 1hr 30min to digger land and we left thinking it was worth the day. There is also a water park nearby if you want to make a weekend of it.
While nice clean and a generally cool idea, it was really unfortunate that the website tells you how few rides kids under 42 or 48 inches can do. And, you have to have one adult for each child, since many of the rides require an adult for each child rider. Finding this out when we got there was a huge disappointment to me and my kids.
There is barely any shade at Diggerland, so go on a cool day or bring your hat! The park was very clean and my boys had fun. I loved going on the ropes course with my oldest! My youngest (42" tall) attempted the ropes course but his tether wasn't long enough for him to do some of the obstacles though he was tall enough according to the height restriction guidelines. My oldest (48" tall) also had some trouble with his tether at some points depending on the obstacle, but he absolutely loved it! Some of the rides take a decent amount of time to get on and off due to safety restraints, so bring your patience when waiting. If your kiddos like big construction equipment, it's a fun day.
Pretty cool place. Kids had a blast! The staff are all super friendly and nice. After every ride they would wish you a great day or afternoon. The ropes course was pretty cool, one of the largest I've seen. Looking forward to coming back again.
Fun little construction themed amusement park. Some fun rides, and you get to control some of the equipment. I went with my four year old son and he was just under 42 inches, so he was limited in what he could go on. I think if we come back next year he will have a much more fun time because there will be a lot more he can do and go on. Regardle, he still had a lot of fun that day!
